Fall is a great time of year in the Boston Metro area. Cooler temperatures arrive, and there are plenty of events and activities to keep you and your family busy!
2013 Head of the Charles Regatta
This is an awesome rowing event that attracts hundreds of thousands of rowers to the banks of the Charles River. The Regatta is held Saturday, October 19 – Sunday, October 20. There will be plenty of rowing action, as well as delicious food and family-friendly activities for all ages.
Pumpkin Patch
The fall season wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the pumpkin patch! Pakeen Farm in Canton is a great place to go for pumpkins, and they also have cider, apples and doughnuts for your enjoyment. There are also some fun fall activities to take part in – check it out with your family!
Corn Maze
If you’re looking for some fall adventure, head over to Billingsgate Corn Maze through October 31st. Get lost in the maze and work together with your family or friends to find your way out! Billingsgate also has a pumpkin patch, wagon rides and other fun activities.
