42nd Annual World of Wheels car show takes place at the Seaport World Trade Center, April 1 through 3. See customized hot rods, vintage cruisers and more. Demonstrations and celebrity appearances.

Swan Boats open for the season April 16, weather permitting, at the Boston Public Garden lagoon. Enjoy a tranquil, non-motorized cruise in a picturesque setting.

Run of the Charles Canoe & Kayak Race runs April 24. The Run of the Charles is the largest flat-bottomed boat race in New England. Over 1,500 racers participate, drawing spectators from around the Greater Boston area. Enjoy the finish-line festival with live music and food!

Boston Collage Arts Festival takes place April 28-30, featuring art exhibitions, demonstrations, live music, dance and theater performances; literary readings and film screenings.
