July 1-5: Boston Harborfest 2015 features Revolutionary War re-enactments, walking tours, U.S. naval ships, free concerts, cruises, museum exhibits, and much more! Many of Boston Harborfest events are free or reasonably priced.

July 2, 3, 5: Revelry on Griffin’s Wharf.  Experience a bustling colonial wharf with activities, games and interactive performances. Throw tea into Boston Harbor! Explore two 18th century ships and more.

July 4: Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular includes a free concert at 8:30 p.m. and their famous 30-minute fireworks show at 11:00 p.m.

July 10: The Bastille Day Party transforms Marlborough Street, transporting you to Paris with authentic French music, food, drinks and atmosphere. Marlborough Street will be blocked off between Berkeley and Clarendon Streets to accommodate 2,000 revelers. Enjoy food and beverages from Boston’s finest French restaurants, along with live entertainment!

July 10-12: The Fort Rodman Pyrate Invasion includes pirate battles on land and ships, professional stunts and special effects! Enjoy live music, fresh seafood and beverages, and an antiques market.

July 14-19: Outside the Box Performing Arts Festival features over 70 live performances, free to the public. Enjoy theater, dance, and live music in the Boston Common.

July 24-26: The International Sand Sculpting Festival at Revere Beach is famous for its Master Sand Sculptor Competition, which draws competing teams from several nations. There is a full entertainment lineup with live music, plus a kid’s zone, fireworks, amusement rides and food trucks.

July 25-26: Boston Summer Arts Weekend is a free outdoor festival on Copley Square in the Back Bay. Enjoy special offers from arts organizations, a series of Arts Walks and Talks and a Baroque Brunch on Sunday.

July 31-Aug 2: Boston Comic Con brings pop culture to life with celebrity appearances, a film festival, costume contests and gaming events. Meet the artists and writers behind today’s most popular comic publications, and browse an incredible selection of comics and merchandise.
